1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the jl95 website located at https://jl95.bio (hereinafter "jl95," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), or by registering an account on jl95, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"), together with the jl95 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual person may maintain only one (1) registered account on jl95. Creating multiple accounts, whether in your own name, under aliases, or through the use of third parties' identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain and promptly update such information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete. jl95 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

5.4 Currency

All transactions on jl95 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱ / PHP). jl95 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any conversion costs incurred by your payment provider are your responsibility.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

7 Game Rules and Fairness

8 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that while using jl95, you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Colluding with other players, including at live dealer tables, to gain an unfair advantage.

11 Limitation of Liability

12 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jl95 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any unauthorized use terminates this license.

13 Privacy

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and jl95, you agree to first contact jl95 customer support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. jl95 will endeavor to respond to all complaints within 5 business days. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism available under Philippine law.

15 Amendments to These Terms

jl95 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice, by posting the revised Terms on the jl95 website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the jl95 platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes.
